since a day or 2 ive been salvaging planks igots and other shitty stuff from weapons with perfect mods (ive tried expertsalvagekit/superior salvagekit)... ive salvaged planks from a short bow of foritude 30health

and planks from 2 ghostly staffs ;(?

yeah, i believe a 1 out of 8 chance on a weapon or rune salvage will fail...of course you can always do worse than that statistic

they should make it.. when u use a salvage on a item with two mods.. a menu would come up when u about to salvage the item asking if u want the prefix or the suffix... that way... i wouldnt lose all my perfect mods for firey mods.....or my favorite.... ebon mods.
